Northern Campaign2 day 1 night tour

Tour Itinerary

 

DAY 1 - We begin our tour at Esquelbecq to retrace the steps of the British

Soldiers massacred at this site by members of the SS Leibstandarte Adolf

Hitler . We will visit the restored barn , Garden of Remembrance and CWGC Cemetery .After stopping for lunch we will travel back to the coast for our second stop  the Todt batterie and museum one of the seven biggest bunkers ever built by the German Army , The interior of the Batterie has been turned into one of the best military museum’s in the area and contains many artifacts and collections from WWII . The final stop on day 1 is the Ambleteuse Museum , This Museum house’s over 120 fully equipped

soldiers and thousands of WWII Artifacts .

 

DAY 2 - Today our first stop is the Eperlecques Blockhaus , this gigantic rocket base has been preserved in its original condition since the end of the

War , view for yourself the devastation caused by tallboy bombs . Our

second stop on day 2 is La Coupole V2 rocket base this massive site built into the side of a hill is a must for any trip . Housed inside you will see many exhibits including a V1 and V2 rocket . Finally we will make our last stop of the tour to the Mimoyecques V3 rocket base , the site of Hitler’s ultimate revenge weapon the V3 super gun . Built into the side of a hill this base has been preserved since 1945 .
